If it opens that high then MMs would think short a bit more... there would need to be a huge buying surge that would stay the course and keep buying. Not easy on OTC as many investors take profits when available. News would need to be amazing. It is possible though, sure seems weird how they made it look like they didn't have the patent in the 10Q, but really do.
