Pen was bought with 7.5% equity and no more monthly payments!

WHEREAS, The Parties have determined that it is in the best interest to settle payments for past product development, design and engineering services and license the exclusive access to intellectual property for use by MYDX for the ECO Smart Pen from the Effective date forward and to continue its services pursuant to the TRD Agreement and License Agreement.

Guess the most important element of the settlement was left out on purpose huh?

See where it says substituting the payments and royalties style agreement for equity based agreement????

They now own that license. Notice how the links I include are to the actual agreement.... anyone reading the 10k without referencing the exhibits will not have noticed what actually happened. Wonder how many others missed this....
