I wish I could be a bull. FACTS Burba successfully sued with managment at MOLYCORP. Part of lawsuit at SIMBOL. Daniel Layton/Ensorcia little short of credibility and IBAT gave them exclusive licence with NON COMPETE for all of CHILE and ARGENTINA. Seems like poor move unless imminent NR indicates otherwise. Not looking good IMHO and I have lots of shares- just tired of BS.
