I cannot argue with you, DL. This farce with the FDA not granting FULL CLEARANCE as of now could be the result of our CEO and the problem that the FD had with him and the company for selling the products on line through Canada to US citizens without FDA OK, yeeeears ago! It never pays to try and outsmart the one in authority. They tried to go around the FDA and got caught and IMO paid the serious price they (we) are paying now. Nothing is going come easy with FDA or any authority when you don't listen to them. The granting of 2 clearances is a slightly good sign that bad blood may be lessening. But STILL being withheld from the company is the most coveted of their applications: that FULL CLEARANCE. Hopefully the FDA will feel that this long time of not clearing is penalty enough and they will clear soon, if not for company, then for all those that could benefit from these products.
