Re:Institutional ownership-The question I have is,what happens when multiple institutional owners want to get out at the same time? An overload on the sell side could devastate the price,with recovery time being very long,especially if some sort of negative news precipitated the sell.Does anyone have any thoughts or can point to other examples of companies with a small number of shares available that has majority ownership by institutions? Then again,maybe the institutional owners never plan to sell or know they never will have to sell, because their conclusion is that the company will be bought out.Just another perspective-so don't go crazy saying it won't happen.
