Do you think that FDA bureaucrats understand or even care that for Fiscal Year 2018, of the $4.5 trillion spent, nearly HALF went to Social Security and Medicare, or that the Social Security and Medicare trust funds are set to run out of money within the next 15 years.

The FDA should concentrate on expediting new therapies that make (American) people better in a cost-efficient manner.

But, I guess we can’t expect self-serving bureaucrats to understand dollars and (common) sense.
