Does the Cartel want to cap around 1300-1310-1315-1320 max.) and make it drop one more time

or a few more times...

if its needing to hold any rally surges here for a while, capping below 1325/below 1350. closer to 1300-1315, for a while. until its ready for the great reset. Would they take it down to lower targets below 1280? maybe 1270/1260? 1250?
