FDA will not approve 2-73 based on this data. But this data and the demographic and biologic profiles of each patient will help 2-73 design a large phase 3 with efficacy in mind. I’m not denying what had happened, but acknowledging that it is limited and is preliminary in nature (unblinded with no placebo, etc.).
