NOUV made a deal with pura buying their farms in Texas. The deal is dependent on NOUV paying a share dividend to Pura. Currently the plans are still in affect however the OTC has been heavily delaying the times for companies to get active due to stricter relisting requirements.

Brian shibley, the CEO for Pura and Kali knows all about this, as he is trying to do the same, getting Kali OTC current.

So I imagine he isn't stressing, plus someone a while ago linked an article that said the plans were still in affect despite the OTC taking their time.

So yea, there's no plans on pura taking the farms back


The big take away is today Texas votes on hemp for farming in texas.which means NOUV will start seeing profits
