A premium....really to what? How do you know they were not priced on the open market at $.02 when they "bought" them. How about buy some on the open market at $.50 per share and maybe get a real boost with a show of confidence instead of cowering with their heads in the sand. Just because they own 55% only gives me comfort to know it is not a pump and dump scam (as they never pump or dump or do anything) but instead lets me know it is just a POS. If they really wanted to make a move how about partner with someone to find oil/Gas. Half a nut is better than no nut. Hell at this point maybe we could sell some sand to cover admin costs. Buying shares at $.02 to cover admin costs only benefits vendors or employees and if anything holds down the value.
