Not sure why any company would do that with him. He can’t play games on an exchange. He will have to stop acting like a penny ceo. The volatility in the stock will be gone for the most part...to the upside especially.

This is not going to turn into a 3 or 10 bagger anytime soon and likely never. It will be a long time before anyone who got into this at 5 times this pps will “break even”...if ever.

Rory strung his OTC investors along in order to uplist. He knew that all of this was going to happen. He knew he would need an RS...as an example.

But while pumping the fluff crap with his stupid videos he left the reality to surprises...

He is going to have a challenge keeping this on Nasdaq. He ought be able to do another RS...but it will just continue to cost his legacy holders more and more.
