All fair points, as was the point as to why the Stop sign is still there. I still would not place much confidence in Mr. Patel given his history with the other tickers. Maybe he puts something together here, but no one is going to bring anything of significant value into this shell and just give it to the current holders of the negative net worth shell. They will take virtually all the equity stake in any new venture, which is always the case with these shell plays. God knows I have learned the hard way and still hold shares in some pinkie shells myself, as well as some former shells into which actual businesses with significant revenue were reversed in.
