Yes, but they would first need that turnaround, so that current shareholders (like me) can profit.

That outcome can't be predicted with any accuracy, for a number of reasons, including the questionable professionalism of Greenshift's lawyers and the usual supply of courtroom surprises.



If that makes you doubt the Greenshift lawyers, you should also doubt the defendants lawyers:
