The PEIX Book Value has been a multiple of the trading price for a long time. This long-term trend means that current stockholders (like me) will benefit from any turnaround in the PEIX fundamentals, for any reason, including a favorable result in their lawsuit with Greenshift.

That outcome can't be predicted with any accuracy, for a number of reasons, including the questionable professionalism of Greenshift's lawyers and the usual supply of courtroom surprises.
