I get that the audit is late. I understand WHY it is late, I am thankful that he is undergoing this process. That is not my problem.

We are 3 quarters late! He could have provided the unaudited quarterly reports! He hasnt!

He said he wanted to release them all audited, and this is why he is waiting. At our current pace, are we going to wait for a year to have any numbers on the business?

Now I am the first to admit I know nothing about how the companies work and how this process works, so this question is an honest question to the board:

Even if Roger could not submit the official Quartely report (unaudited) could he have submitted a PR disclosing what the numbers were and explaining that he would submit the official report once the audit was completed?
