I was merely saying that today's PR was fluff and they could had put out a PR weeks ago showing and telling about the first unit being installed. I suggested that many weeks back, to no avail.

That was before the accumulation of shares that Delgado told all the SHMP employees to start buying at and under a penny, 2 cents, right before he was going to run it way up to execute the PUMP & DUMP...already pissed that Peter almost blew the whole damn thing...the whole P&D...that's why the P&D happened on no news, out of the blue, stalled as long as possible with the Harvest Review due date and ran it on stock price manipulation of a very thinly traded stock with the perps holding/controlling the vast majority of shares...
