Plan of Disclosure clearly states that all 53 million common shares of ANWWQ will receive their pro rata share of Class B Litigation Trust Units. 53m shares is the total OS, not just people who held prior to BK filing. You’ll also see on page 143 where it says all holders of Aegean equity interests will receive their pro rata share of Class B Litigation Trust Units on the effective date:
