I wouldn't sweat this. Firstly, Letezia has said all the meets during the expos generated business deals that are at the moment being settled, some apparently with LOI's that they are choosing not to announce until official inked agreements. That is a huge source of generated revenue if these are mostly licensing agreements. Secondly, any deals they've made for delivery of shrimp would start moderately before ramping up...and the goal is three cities to start. It will take a total of 26 units to deliver weekly from one facility, but this is not the time to be announcing that sort of production as they haven't even announced supplier deals yet. And they just installed 3 new units since ordering them a month ago, so they are capable of doing it faster than you're anticipating if warranted. Until deals are announced, the only real news here is obviously the company is expanding and gearing up for production, which indicates there's a supply chain that will be announced as part of this.
