You're putting way too much thought into this charade, this ruse, this fraud, davidsan.

Delgado and SHMP crew just "scammed" 40-50 million dollars on a pump & dump. If the patent and process worked...Delgado could take the company private, loan it $10,000,000 and blow it up to WholeFoods, etc, and pull in billions per year...

That won't happen, though, because it doesn't work. They are still below 50% survival rate until proven otherwise...and they will just use their toxic financing to limp along with their scam...they really aren't "into it' anymore, they've been paid, they're just going through the motions...as they've been doing for the past 4 years ever since Delgado got here...waiting for the p&d...

Machinery & Equipment hasn't changed since Delgado arrived. 4 years. 16 10Qs ago. They, apparently, paid off Easterling's son for the "automation"...back in 2016...and then wrote it off or depreciated it out...
