Yep...the company never stated that there would be a harvest report. Ever. Speaking with Gerald, he said that he wished he would’ve stated from the get-go that they wouldn’t do a complete harvest on lot 180, but decided mid-stream to retain shrimp to showcase the operation. I can assure you the water in that place is clean, clear and the tank has very healthy looking (and tasting) shrimp swimming around in it.

Sitting in the Embassy Suites with my boy FL Cracker in San Antonio sipping on bourbon and reflecting on our day spent at the LaCoste facility. We are both smiling from ear to ear knowing what we own.
