This, will not happen in this manner, in my opinion. Before those 5 years are up exclusive patent rights will have expired. The big sluggers (those other big Pharma players) will have come to the plate to hit it out of the park. Bioelectronics will be covered in the dust of that batter running around the bases.
If this doesn’t launch prior to the loss of exclusive rights then I believe it’s game over for Bioelectronics.
That would be a damn shame but is a distinct possibility.
But don’t worry any.
I understand the company owners will have made a fortune in the sale of shares and will just fine.
