I am shareholder, I want to see this as high as possible, but I am also a realist. There is some serious dilution occurring. As far as the stock being 43%, we all know that that is good, but that could very quickly be short lived with this dilution.

Look at the offer, its just stacking up

Too much Dilution= Death
