I think I may spend $1 and get 650 Wialan shares !

Nah, don't think that's a sound Investment. I could take the dollar bill and make a paper airplane and throw it out the window. That would actually be a better return than buying Wialan stock.

Anyway, why would anyone spend $1 on Wialan? Tapia doesn't care and he never did.
