Printing shares non-stop is what seems to be going on behind the scenes unfortunately ...
PPS is not dropping like a rock but massive dilution is the only thing that can explain this much volume and PPS staying at these historically low levels IMO.
First 8K in two years was issued a month ago and still they haven't brought the entity out of default with NV SOS. Fee's to do so are only around $3,000 so easy to do with all the money they're bringing in from apparent additional stock sales. They could even get current with the FEC. How much could it cost to audit financials of a dormant company?
The CEO and the new board member, Matt, have products they could bring public through QSIM. I simply don't understand why they would waste this vehicle that could make it a reality.
That being said, all of these shares are being bought by someone. IMO, regardless of how cheap a stock is, it won't be bought if there is no possible upside. It's just harder and harder to see one as we go further down this path.
