Estee Lauder buys about anything for a billion that has a patent. VIBI has a cosmetic side, and medical side. Big Pharmas buy medical aesthetics creams all the time to put at medispas and Derm offices. Lauder buys it all, no conflict of interest. Lauder owns 80% of all the cosmetic lines out there. With the patents, they will have many different opportunities.
