I've seen enough articles re saudis draining reserves,as per mark taylors words and “Twilight in the Desert,”, to surprise me when aramco was even being considered for an ipo,bc that would force them to open the secret books after 40 years

russia's oil wells are declining ,partly due to politically mandated overuse in the soviet era

leaving the usa as now the largest and growing oil and gas producer,as per articles posted before, with new pipelines removing roadblocks to larger us production,also as per taylors words

thus leaving only israel oil production lagging-the last piece to be fulfilled
