Good point. Another good point is that all intellectual properties, whether patent applied for or not, still fall within the capture period if they were in progress prior to the close of the capture period. Of course, everyone knows that, right?

Further, any discussions of Lugee Li's IP in progress up and until the close of the capture period cans also shift to CIP if any interested party (say Apple) learns of this after the fact.

So, CIP definitely has not yet been filled up.
