Two concerned investors from another site:

Investor Relations:
First thing, this is not bashing as GENE is my largest investment and has been for the last 18 months or so.
BUT..... Investor Relations??? Does the crew manning the ship have any idea??
On March 15th my call was forwarded to a 3rd party who was unable to help, citing they also had been unable to acquire answers from Invictus to pass on to all of the calls they were receiving.
My 3 questions were:

1.Has the sought after Nasdaq listing failed?
2.If the listing is still on track is the consolidation still to be 1 for 5?
3.Is the PODA listing out og the hand of Invictus. I am still receiving notices from iTrade relating to CRA's view that PODA shares are "non qualifying" and continued holding in Registered accounts may result in 1.Fines and 2) denial of tax benefit afforded from Registered Plans.

This is really poorly handled. We are expected to view GENE as a "legitimate" holding, BUT I am becoming extremely worried that this will turn into a significant loss. It's becoming a joke.No it is a joke. An egotistical idiot is advertised as leading the PR campaign. Listening (I try not to) him makes me sick. What possibly was going through the minds of those who hired this mess. I suspect they may have been "high".

To GENE Investor Relations personnel (and not farmed out agencies) show up for work. Get on the ball. Earn your keep.

RE:Investor Relations:
Unfortunately, I can only agree with all this. It is incomprehensible to me why a joint stock company does not have at least one single employee who is responsible for questions from investors. Why was Phase 3 not completed as planned in January and why a delay of half a year? With regard to the joint venture with Cana, INVICTUS published on March 7th: "The transaction is anticipated to close on or before March 31, 2019." Dear CEO of INVICTUS, is this just another delay as usual, or has this cooperation done before it has started? Sincerely, a concerned shareholder.
