well ok, I would have thought the interest rates could have been a little bit lower, and the warrant prices a little bit higher, but at least it's done, the 4/3/19 monies alone look almost good enough with a little stretching, and maybe a little follow-on orders from those Tier 1's in play, or perhaps even one or more new Tier 1's do initial orders in the next few months, hopefully the PPS can rise now that the warrant pricing is established , lol, the last round of financing I believe had higher warrant pricing, no? plus it looks like at least one secondary tranche is almost pre-subscribed already, so I think we're good on operating cash now until Denselight sale closes in September
