OTCX is not dilution. it has a 215,363 block and no hidden shares and otcx can be retail as well as it is just an MM. dont get shook if people tell you its dilution, it is def not. its probably because of the timing of the trading and how otcx is an off shore market maker thats all. man people and their tricks to cause panic... im telling you...
