The institutional investors should be nervous sitting on the sidelines waiting for the audited figures. They know they will be paying much more, but how much more is why their nervous. They’re “rules” are preventing them from getting in cheap.

Meanwhile, current shareholders are pissed because they too are waiting on the sidelines with no cash on hand waiting for audit.
