There are many reasons why brkk has a bunch of holes to clear. For starters they need a new website. 2nd is the stop sign. Third is removing Brian. Fourth is the patent is not granted. Fifth is there are other patents by competitors and the competition is doing its own thing. Sixth the company doesn’t have any money. Seventh, the lawsuit is not a guarantee of collecting money.

On the positive side this company can be worth $100M if all the above is cleared.
