NAK will get the permits IMO, then they will only have to contend with the rabid Environmentalist's protests to the bitter end. However, issuing the permits is based on the actual on the ground assessment given by the DEIS report, which basically exonerates NAK as being detrimental to the environment. Will be interesting to see how this unfolds. Could be a skyrocket stock, or could be a bust. All depends on politicians, and Environmentalists funding to see how far they will go to stop it.
