71 to 92 million shares over what time period? And 92 million shares isn’t squat only SOLIDIFIES how wonderful the share structure is considering 30% or more is held by insiders AND wealthy and savvy investors have been poking around in accumulation mode. And little debt left..

Equine out does not mean anything as they are an activist investor. Individually these entities might be taking positions or prepping for private placements which make more sense, IMO. Interestingly the CFO of Equine did not sell all shares according to filing and a large stakeholder in DR was also part of an Equine fund. Maybe a necessity for Equine to sell for clarity purposes to investors??

No update on DR? What do you call the March 6 PR with detailed info about DR and ONLY accessible from DR management... Did SOAN CEO just call over and ask for this info to put in a PR? Would DR blatantly provide info that would mislead public markets?? No way. IMO.
