A. Many have researched the crap out of the process, priority and the legal path.
B. Some have chained many of the pieces and paths to potential payment or recovery.
C. There is a very large divide between many here as to how, when and how much.
D. Documents,findings and rules are and have been set and ruled on. The interpretation of legal meaning and affect of those, some I think have really spent the time and gathered the expertise to disseminate correctly the corresponding documentation.
E. The majority here hold onto other words when they have not even read all the supporting documentation to verify and vet the words they hold onto! Regrettably they attack or defend others assertion with out proper thought as to why they do.

So where does that leave the process.
1. Only you can let you down. Verify and vet for yourself all that hypothesis you may or may not believe.
2. If things are not as you may wish or hope for go back or hire competent counsel to assist in your understanding.
3. Work towards understanding and correct interpretation of the findings you believe.
4. HOLD ONLY YOURSELF RESPONSIBLE FOR FAILURE OR ACHIEVEMENT IN THIS DEBACLE.
5. Share what you want to with those you choose to.
6. Remember all are here for a reason!!!!! Finding those motivations and the methods of hedge funds, posters, and Govt agencies and the length they are going to to hide protect, steal, mislead, and confuse SAYS VOLUMES ABOUT WHAT AND HOW MUCH IS AT STAKE HERE. THERE IS SO MUCH SMOKE IN THIS BANKRUPTCY, ONE CAN EASILY DEDUCE THERE IS A MONSTER OF A FIRE JUST BELOW!

Whether we are close or far from ZERO DAY or PAYDAY I hold myself responsible for the time and effort I have spent here and chosen to do so with out regret!!!!!
