JimP, there are questions that need to be answered, yours included. I have to ask, why would someone file 3 days after they are no longer in power, and no longer have the authority to do this. even if he did, how could a insolvency lawyer find it legal for this action to take place and not be easily dismissed under these pretenses. I feel I know the logical answer, but I need to hear the legal one from management. I have not followed the threads, did anyone email the company for clearification.
