Actually, this was an OUTSTANDING find Magnus.

Finally found it on SEC.gov.

Many times when open an entire 10Q, it has all the exhibits and notes included.

Not so in this case. Maybe b/c scanned photocopy.

Unfortunately, it is unsearchable since one large print image.

Great read though.

Looks like a lot of detail about protecting common shares.
