FYI no one knows the income vs loss until a financial comes out in ANY public company.

Your making a mountain out of a mole hill to use something that most likely isn’t even an issue against Cigawatt.

Fact is they’ve been in business and are able to keep two locations running and ordering product and paying employees And bills and so on and so on. They can also seem to afford $25 in shipping fees to send out a FREE Swag Bag. So I’m CONFIDENT that they are NOT hurting financially as your trying to imply.

And I do agree go into a shop and see how business is, how many employees they have on duty, stand and watch the register and add up the product value they sell in an hour or two and then subtract out what you believe the employees on duty make and a percentage of the sales for costs and to cover bills for that same hour or two - that should give ya a good idea of the income vs loss.

Let’s say 2 employees on duty $10/hr 2 hours $40 in salary.

You stand there and they sell 4 vaporizers for $60 each, a 30 e liquids at $6 a piece, some filters and batteries maybe $20 or so.

Let’s say in 2 hours they sell $600 or so worth of goods, let’s take out 50% (which is really high) for costs of those goods, leaves $300 now out comes 10% for bills for the 2 hours down to $270 and out comes the $40 for the 2 employees making $10 an hour each down to $230 profit for 2 hours AFTER costs.

Now let’s say a 10 hour day - So Times 5 that’s $1150 a day Times 5 days a week (we will remove a FULL two days) that’s $5,750? Sounds a bout right so far???

That’s a week now. So monthly PROFIT will look like $23,000 but now multiply that by 12 month - $276,000 ANNUALLY in PROFITS after costs.

That’s open 10 hours a day, 5 days a week. Selling basically near nothing and gaveling 5-6 customers per 2 hour periods.

Now I’ve ACTUALLY had someone go there and shoot the scoop with their cashiers and got information that their average sale was $80 and they get a steady stream of customers, average 3-5 in the store at any time. Cashier is regularly joined by one of the owners and they are very friendly and social. They tend to sell quite a bit of CBD rollers and other CBD items but they still sell a substantial array of e-liquids to the tune of about 5 bottles per customer. Person I sent said no one who walked in walked out without making a purchase of $15 or more. And in 3 hours and 18 minutes they spent there talking and vaping different flavors they counted 42 customers and 79 bottles of flavor sold. 12 vaporizers and a slew of filters and other miscellaneous items. They also counted 2 new “kits” being sold to newly converted vapor customers.

So feel free to buy, sell, try to shake the tree, or just hang out. But in my opinion and in my best judgement I’ve dug deep enough here and paid out of my own pocket to gain this insight but to my own self be true - Cigawatt IS definitely Making money. And although I didn’t cough up more money to have this person go to the other location I trust it’s just as busy since the question was asked if the location they were at was busier than the other and the cashier did tell them the other location tended to be just as steady but got crazy busy on Thursdays where this one got busier on Saturdays.

Take it for what it’s worth.

Those financials are going to shock people. And reality is - from .0002 all any OTC needs is a great storyline and a good storyteller. But this one has an ACTUAL incoming revenue stream from ACTUAL brick and mortar locations and a franchising goals!

It’s big - no doubt!
