Where are the shares being accumulated coming from? Hedge funds that bought early, selling & taking a profit? Retail SHs like us, same scenario? Authorized shares not in the market? From mms using techniques we think we have seen in past weeks?

Or are funds themselves accumulating, via a friendly agreement with the entity that wants those shares “now” and will pay a premium( e.g., a TO price) to later get them, assuring the fund(s) a profit?

Too many questions. To me, it still “resembles” the manner in which BMY acquired MEDX a decade ago. I don’t want that scenario again. At least we have ~7x more shares of AMRN than we had of MEDX, and have a lower base in AMRN shares than we had in MEDX shares.

Enough on that topic.
