Yes, unfortunately quaker is on the list of products contaminated with glyphosate. Google EWG and glyphosate and you should find the report. Glyphosate is carcinogenic but cancer takes many years to develop so don’t think you cannot reverse the effects by making changes now. Consider going organic on all oat/wheat products or replace them with healthier non-grain alternatives like coconut products or vegetables. A plant-based diet is for the most part healthy and should lower the risk of cancer but not all plants are created equal. There are certain plants and parts of plants that may not be good for us. For anyone who’s eating a plant-based diet or interested in a plant-based diet, I highly recommend checking out the book “The Plant Paradox” by Dr. Steven Gundry. Best regards
