How is any developing company funded? The issue isnt raising funds the issue is the types of deals that were used out of necessity or laziness, depending on whom you ask.

However I completely disagree that a RS is necessary as that stance ignores the current 4.5m marketcap which is insanely underpriced. Nothing wrong With 21.7m shares or even 44m...although 44m may require a 2:1 to get back jn the right range.
