If I can shed some light on the situation... As part of Anshu's deal, the debt needed to be wiped off the books by a certain date or there would be safeguards to Anshu. Smiley is very likely providing the cash to pay off the debt. Nice to see that he is willing to risk his own cash... if .00005 is risk.
