No significance, usually options given to directors are around or slightly discounted to current price. In the long run its a huge discount because it would be very difficult to even pick up a few hundred thousand at .035.

At the same time, it doesnt hurt current shareholders because its around market price and we would have 6 months from execution filing before the shares could be sold. But keep in mind this is a director, usually this is for longterm investment such as a buyout down the road not for trading. You could never sell 6.6M shares ABOVE the .035 purchase price
