I know Rory has done this before creating a billion dollar company out of nothing and he's set up verb with integration to all the major players. Now its time to execute with sales and subscriptions.

i personally think they would have been better off putting the effort in executing to generate subscriptions and sales instead of up listing.

Sales, subscriptions or both will drive the share price. there would have been no need for RS. IMO
