That is the misconception here. NASDAQ is important but what’s more important is the 14-15 yearly revenue and the large user base sound concepts brings us.

In giving away steeply discounted shares we were able to gain more then most realize. “The road to NASDAQ” is far more catchy then the road to accretive acquisition and potential massive revenue.
