Thanks for the response and really good insights into polyunsaturated fats and other risks associated with some of the fat sources. I know that coconut oil has been an on again off again on again recommendation as a good fat source and almost no controversy surrounds olive oil and avocados. The risk of glyphosphate exposure is more recent as perhaps Roundup resistant crops have been sprayed with it more to increase yield by reducing weed populations. I expect glyphosphate use to diminish over time as resistance has been transmitted to weedy species as well by cross polination and other means. Wholistic approaches to health care and wellness will eventually win the day I am sure just as personalized medicine is beginning to make inroads so I am glad that those who are aware of how our health is affected by our food sources and environment are sharing important information here.
