Drug reps rarely called on you, you were the bottom of the MD chain! You know nothing about drug reps. The complexity of plastic surgeon's bag of medicine tricks was limited to the most easy to explain, easy to dose drugs on the planet. The reality, Pfizer, Merck, AZ, Bristol Meyers, ....all of pharma big or small has reps. It's really very simple, especially for a brainiac like you. You make calls on "targeted physicians" you know, the one's that can make a difference in RX numbers... (not plastic surgeons). And voila, RX numbers go up. If Reps were calling on docs, scrips were increasing. After speaking with a long time Amarin employee yesterday, he told me it was astounding how many of the docs the reps are calling on, have never heard of Vascepa. Wow! So, if reps don't matter and docs don't give a rats ass, we're supposed to rely on your theory, "Vascepa will sell itself"... OMG, you and Elizebeth Warren really pulled one over on Harvard admissions folks. Or maybe your mommy felt guilty and paid/paved your way to Ivy League. Regardless, you're an ass.
