Here is the deal...


If the current note finishes we are still sitting on a very good SS. If the company is prepared to produce some material events that could get the PPS over a penny again (which I have seen many times) the impact of the note could be limited between 10-20 million shares which is nothingness.

128,000 at a penny is 12.8 million shares. Not much!!!

Time will tell. I am not saying that is what is going to happen. What we do know is the CEO owns 83 million shares. They have strong patents and impressive technology.

As a matter of fact a stock did this very thing just a year ago this timeframe. I know. I was in it. Because of a toxic I was able to add a chunk of shares in the low .002's. Then boom. Diluted over a penny for a limited amount of shares then on up to .08 cents.

Anything is possible and it isn't all just bad either!


We shall see.
