I’m not so sure I’d say free to him since he’s working (gruelling hours) for free/shares I believe. He also invested I think $2+million of his own money in Verb so a lot of those shares he’s taking as interest. Can’t blame him for that!

We are fortunate he’s well off enough not to need to take a salary and will do this for shares that are this discounted.
