Before rushing to an assumption I think we should consider that a settlement was made and there was No mention of issuing shares.
Also, Daniel has made it very clear his intentions to buyback shares. So, assuming this is “debt” financing may be a bit presumptuous.
Think about it; Daniel is going to buyback shares he just issued.
This settlement is probably just that. It’s settled for $185000.
